Purpose Refund Policy
In order to prevent unintended side effects such as resale, we request clear confirmation procedures and supporting documents regarding the intended use when making bulk purchases. The use of bulk purchase products for purposes other than gifting is strictly prohibited.
Shipping and delivery times
It will be shipped to a designated address on the agreed delivery date. The time required for delivery may vary depending on the order quantity and the situation of the packaging/logistics center. For large orders, we recommend that you place your order at least one week in advance. When requesting a quote, we will confirm the desired delivery date and inform you whether normal delivery is possible.
Exchange Policy
For products that are defective or damaged during delivery, we will exchange them after confirming the damaged part with the invoice you received. Please understand that returns and exchanges due to personal reasons such as simple change of mind are not possible.
