You can check delivery status by going to [Customer Service → Delivery and Order Inquiry] or [Login -> ACCOUNT -> Order History → View] for each order number.
After the product preparation (payment completed) stage, you cannot change the delivery address. Please contact us via email or 1:1 chat.

Products purchased from the official online mall cannot be picked up at the store.
If you would like to receive overseas shipping, please contact us via email or 1:1 chat. Shipping costs may vary depending on the shipping country and product weight.
If the product you received was delivered incorrectly, lost, or damaged, please contact us via email or 1:1 Talk with the delivery information (recipient name/order number/photo of invoice) and a photo of the product attached.
The official online mall ships orders paid by 3pm on weekdays on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If the order numbers are different, they will all be shipped separately. If you wish to have them shipped together, please place your order with one order number.
Confirm order
You can check your order at [Customer Service → Delivery and Order Inquiry] or [Login → ACCOUNT → Order History → View].
For virtual accounts, orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not made within 7 days.
You can apply for a cash receipt by selecting a virtual account or escrow at the order form writing stage. After selecting for personal use or business verification, a receipt will be issued by entering the relevant information.
There is no limit to the number of items you can purchase at one time. However, if you wish to purchase in bulk, please inquire through the [Corporate Purchase Inquiry] bulletin board.
Shipping Stage Information: Before Payment – Preparing Products (Payment Complete) – Preparing for Delivery – In Delivery – Delivery Complete Order cancellation is only possible when the status is ‘Preparing Products’ after payment, and a return shipping fee will be charged when requesting cancellation from the ‘Preparing for Delivery’ status. In case of cancellation during the Preparing Products stage, full cancellation will be processed immediately without a separate procedure. Please note that partial cancellation and use of a virtual account may take time.
Exchange/Return Inquiry
Exchange/Return Period: Exchanges and returns are possible within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. Exchange/Return Shipping Fee: A round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 won will be charged for exchanges and returns due to a simple change of mind. The shipping fee is only accepted through bank deposit, and please deposit the money to Phyto Soul Co., Ltd. (1005-904-738441) under the same name as the orderer. Exchanges are not possible if the seal sticker on the product box or vinyl surface has been removed, if the product has been opened and used, if the product is damaged or defective due to customer negligence, if the exchange/return period has expired, if the purchase history on the official online mall cannot be confirmed, or if the product has a different selling price (for more information, please check Delivery & Exchange/Return).

We will assist with processing after inspecting the returned product. For card payments, it will take approximately 2-3 business days based on the card company’s business days.
