Shipping

• Orders completed before 3 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day. [Excluding weekends and public holidays]
• Order cancellations and option changes can only be made while the order status is [Processing].

Return Policy

Exchange/Return Period

• Exchanges and returns can be requested through customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.

Exchange/Return Shipping Fees

• For exchanges/returns due to change of mind, a round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 KRW will be charged.
• If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, no shipping fee will be charged upon confirmation of the issue.

Cases Where Exchange/Return Is Not Possible

• If the product has been opened (label removed) or used.
• If the product box is damaged, making it unsellable.
