SUSTAINABILITY

Since citrus oils are extracted using the cold-press method, they have a lower carbon footprint, making them a more sustainable option. However, unlike citrus fruits used in the food industry, bergamot is cultivated solely for its fragrance, meaning it does not qualify as an upcycled fragrance source. That said, the byproducts left after oil extraction are rich in sugars, allowing for the production of high-quality bioethanol. These residues can be further repurposed into biofuels, natural fertilizers, and other eco-friendly applications.

Caution

How to Use

Open the plastic cap by rotating it 180 degrees in the direction of the arrow, then remove the aluminum sealing. Keep the silicone cap for later use when you want to seal the opening or carry it around.
Before use or occasionally, close your eyes, bring the bottle close, and inhale deeply for 10 seconds to experience the natural SOUL.
Insert the included reed and place the diffuser on your desk, bedside, bathroom, or office. The scent will last for about a month. Flip the reed after two weeks for better diffusion.
Experiment with layering different scents to suit your preference. You can also use a pre-selected 3SET. The more diffusers you use, the larger the scented area.

Exchanges and returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product through customer service.

· Exchange/Return Shipping Fee

For exchanges/returns due to a change of mind, a round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 KRW will apply.
If the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, no shipping fee will be charged after confirmation of the issue.
