Caution

Precautions for Use

For sensitive skin, perform a patch test before use.
If the product comes into contact with eyes or mucous membranes, rinse immediately with running water and consult a doctor.
Do not use on wounds, eczema, or areas with skin irritation.
Discontinue use and consult a dermatologist if any of the following symptoms occur, as continued use may worsen the condition:
1. Red spots, swelling, itching, or irritation during use.
2. Similar symptoms appear on the applied area due to direct sunlight exposure.
Due to the nature of natural fragrances, discoloration may occur. Be cautious as it may stain light-colored clothing or leather.
Storage Precautions
1. Always close the cap after use.
2. Keep out of reach of infants and children.
3. Store away from high temperatures and direct sunlight.

Orders completed before 12 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day. (Excluding weekends and public holidays)
Order cancellations and option changes are only possible during the “Preparing for Shipment” stage.

Return Policy

· Exchange/Return Period

Exchanges and returns must be requested through customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.

· Exchange/Return Shipping Fee

A 5,000 KRW round-trip shipping fee applies for exchanges/returns due to a change of mind.
If the exchange/return is due to a defective product or incorrect shipment, the shipping fee will be waived upon confirmation of the issue.

· Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Cases

If the product has been opened (label removed) or used.
If the product box is damaged, making resale impossible.
